What happens if my site gets hacked?
We clean it. Malware removal and hack cleanup are included on the Personal plan at no extra charge. If your site is compromised, open a ticket and our team scans every file, removes the infection and any backdoors, and hardens the site so it does not happen again. We also work to clear any Google blacklist flags so your traffic recovers quickly.
Can I upgrade to a higher plan later?
Yes. You can move to Business, Pro, or Enterprise at any time as your traffic or site count grows. Upgrades happen on the same infrastructure, so there is no migration and no downtime. We simply adjust your resources and visitor allowance, and the new plan takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Is migration included?
Free migration is included for every new account, no matter which host you are coming from. Our team copies your site to our servers, tests it on a temporary URL, and only switches DNS once you confirm everything looks right. Most migrations are completed within 24 hours with no downtime for your visitors.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce runs fine on the Personal plan for small catalogs and light order volume. If your store sees steady sales or traffic spikes, we recommend Pro, which is tuned specifically for WooCommerce performance at the database and caching layer. You can start on Personal and upgrade later with no downtime.
What does "forced updates" mean?
Forced updates mean we apply WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates on your behalf without waiting for you to approve each one. The majority of WordPress hacks exploit known vulnerabilities in outdated plugins, so closing that window fast is the single most effective thing a host can do for your security. If an update ever causes an issue, our daily offsite backups let us roll back in minutes.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go and you can cancel any time from your client portal. Annual plans are billed upfront and save you the equivalent of two months versus monthly billing. There are no setup fees and no cancellation penalties on either option.
