Is the emergency fix really free?

Yes, when you host with WP Farm. You pay only for a month of hosting and the fix is on us. There are no contracts.

What counts as an emergency?

Hacked, broken or offline WordPress sites. Pick an impact level from P1 to P4 in the form so we know how urgent it is.

Is it safe to send my logins?

The form is secured and we never sell or share your data. The safest option is to create a separate admin user named "wpfarm" for us, then remove it when we’re done.

I’m already a WP Farm customer. What should I do?

Open a priority ticket from your client portal. It goes straight to our WordPress experts.

Do I have to move my site to WP Farm?

The free fix comes with WP Farm hosting, and we move your site free. Prefer to stay with your current host? Our one-time repair is $200 per site.

What if you can’t fix it?

If we can’t resolve the issue within the agreed scope of work, no charge is applied to your account.
