Our story

Why WP Farm exists

WP Farm grew out of the managed IT and cybersecurity roots of SADOS, our sister company. We built it for businesses, agencies and store owners whose sites can’t go down.

Nicky Stafford founded WP Farm in 2008 and still runs it. The idea is simple: put the security stack, speed tuning and expert support into every plan, and do the work for the customer.

We keep our customer list short on purpose. Quality comes first and price second, so every site gets real attention from people who know WordPress.

What we do for every site

The same care on every plan, from Starter to Enterprise.

  • Weekly updates

Core, plugins and themes updated for you every week, on every site.

  • Security built in

Imunify360, KernelCare and Cloudflare WAF on every server. Hack and malware cleanup is included.

  • Off-site backups

Daily backups to Wasabi, off the server. 30 daily and 3 monthly restore points.

  • Speed tuning

Server page caching and Redis on every plan, plus our Cloudflare CDN Free tier.

  • Uptime monitoring

Every site is checked around the clock. Alerts go straight to our experts.

  • Level 2 experts 24/7

Every ticket goes to a WordPress expert, with the same response speed on every plan.

How we price

Plain pricing. Here is what is included and what costs extra.

Included on every plan

  • Updates, security, backups, monitoring and support
  • Malware and hack cleanup
  • Free hands-on migration from any host
  • Staging, SSH and Git
  • No overage fees, ever

Costs extra

  • Cloudflare CDN Basic $25, Premium $55 or Enterprise $75 a month for edge page caching and more
  • Custom development at $140 an hour, billed in 15-minute steps
  • Domains, from $20 a year
  • Bigger plans as your sites and traffic grow

Our promises

Four things we hold ourselves to.

  • Same support speed on every plan

A Starter ticket gets the same Level 2 expert and the same response time as an Enterprise ticket.

  • No contracts

Plans run month to month, with no setup fees and no long-term lock-in.

  • 60 days risk-free

Try any plan for 60 days. If it isn’t the right fit, we help you move away for free.

  • No overage fees

If your traffic stays over your plan for 60 days, we move you up a plan and tell you first.
