Your work ships with your name on it, from day one.
We hire for skill and train for attitude. If a role looks like a fit, apply even if you don’t tick every box. All roles are full-time and remote, and each lists its base pay range.
You own support tickets end to end, from diagnosis to fix. You know WordPress deeply: hooks, plugin conflicts, performance and server-level debugging. You fix the problem yourself.
Fleet management across our cPanel/WHM AlmaLinux servers. You handle performance tuning, MariaDB, Apache, PHP-FPM, Imunify360 and KernelCare. Cloudflare experience is a plus. You are comfortable working at root level under pressure.
You own the full migration: pre-move audit, cloning to staging, testing, DNS cutover and post-launch monitoring. You work directly with clients and deliver a zero-downtime move every time.
Custom WordPress development: plugins, themes, REST API integrations and performance-focused builds. You are comfortable in Elementor and Gutenberg, write clean PHP and vanilla JS, and can work in client codebases you did not write.
You own Core Web Vitals results across our client fleet. You know page caching, Redis, Cloudflare caching, image optimization and database query tuning. You can read a PageSpeed waterfall and know what to fix first.
WordPress malware cleanup, hardening and threat monitoring across the fleet. You know Imunify360, Cloudflare WAF rules and WordPress attack patterns, and you can trace an incident to its source from the access logs.
You write content for WP Farm: comparison pages, guides, landing pages and blog posts. You understand on-page SEO and explain technical topics clearly. WordPress and hosting knowledge is a strong plus.
You own paid acquisition for WP Farm across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. You understand conversion funnels for services, manage budgets tightly and report on what matters. Hosting or tech experience is a strong plus.
You own WP Farm’s social presence: content calendars, copy, engagement and growth on LinkedIn and X. You turn technical hosting topics into posts people want to read, and you track what works.
You own the client relationship after onboarding: health checks, renewals, upgrade conversations and escalations. You know each client’s site and what they need before they ask. WordPress experience required.
You find and qualify new business for WP Farm: outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up and pipeline building. You can speak credibly about WordPress performance and security and open a conversation naturally.
You build and run WP Farm’s agency partner program: recruiting agencies, onboarding them and growing revenue through the channel. You know how agencies buy hosting and what they care about.
You design WP Farm’s marketing pages and product UI. You are strong in Figma, hand off cleanly to developers working in Elementor, and care about typography, hierarchy and detail.
You build and maintain WP Farm’s website in Elementor: landing pages, campaign pages and ongoing updates. You are fast and precise and understand how design affects conversion. Clean HTML and CSS skills are a bonus.
You own WP Farm’s visual language: brand assets, social graphics, presentation decks and anything that carries the logo. You keep things consistent, know what premium looks like and work fast without losing quality.
