You will own support tickets end to end, from diagnosis to resolution. Deep WordPress knowledge required: hooks, plugin conflicts, performance, and server-level debugging. This is not a script-reading role. You fix things.
Fleet management across our cPanel/WHM AlmaLinux servers. You will handle performance tuning, MariaDB optimization, Apache, PHP-FPM, Imunify360, and KernelCare. Cloudflare familiarity is a plus. Must be comfortable working at root level under pressure.
You will own the full migration lifecycle: pre-migration audit, cloning to staging, testing, DNS cutover, and post-launch monitoring. You work directly with clients and take full accountability for a zero-downtime move every time.
Custom WordPress development: plugins, themes, REST API integrations, and performance-focused builds. You should be comfortable in Elementor and Gutenberg environments, writing clean PHP and vanilla JS, and navigating client codebases you did not write.
You will own Core Web Vitals outcomes across our client fleet. Deep knowledge of FlyingPress, NitroPack, Cloudflare caching, image optimization, and database query performance required. You can read a PSI waterfall and know exactly what to fix first.
WordPress malware remediation, hardening, and threat monitoring across the fleet. You know Imunify360, Cloudflare WAF rules, and WordPress-specific attack vectors. You are comfortable reading access logs and tracing an incident to its source.
You will write SEO-optimized content for WP Farm: comparison pages, guides, landing pages, and blog posts. You understand on-page SEO and can write clearly about technical topics without dumbing them down. WordPress and hosting knowledge is a strong plus.
You will own paid acquisition for WP Farm. Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for B2B campaigns. You understand conversion funnels for SaaS and services, can manage budgets tightly, and report on what actually matters. Experience in hosting or tech is a strong plus.
You will own WP Farm’s social presence: content calendars, copy, engagement, and growth across LinkedIn and X. You can translate technical hosting topics into content people actually want to read, and you track what performs and why.
You will own the client relationship post-onboarding: proactive health checks, renewal conversations, upsell identification, and escalation handling. You are not a ticket router. You know each client’s site, their concerns, and what they need before they ask. WordPress familiarity required.
You will identify and qualify new business for WP Farm: outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and pipeline building. You understand the hosting space, can speak credibly about WordPress performance and security, and know how to open a conversation without sounding like a script.
You will build and manage WP Farm’s agency partner program: recruiting new agency partners, onboarding them, and growing revenue through the channel. You understand how agencies buy hosting, what they care about, and how to make WP Farm the easy choice for their clients.
You will design across WP Farm’s marketing pages and product UI. You are strong in Figma, comfortable handing off to developers in Elementor environments, and care about typography, hierarchy, and the details that make things feel intentional.
You will build and maintain WP Farm’s website in Elementor: landing pages, campaign pages, and ongoing design updates. You are fast, precise, and understand how design decisions affect conversion. Bonus if you can write clean HTML and CSS alongside the visual work.
You will own the visual language of WP Farm: brand assets, social graphics, presentation decks, and anything that carries the logo. You have a strong eye for consistency, understand what premium looks like, and can work fast without letting quality slip.
